From 3/2016 there are no updates on your records though the recovery scheduled sent promptly by our ddo (Ao, greyhounds, ap hyderabad​).

On my transfer from hyderabad to vijayawada, the ddo intelligence dept are not recovering from salary as this is deputation organisation.
Vijayawada postal authorities are rejected to accept by way of cash.

Kindly find our where the mistake was done on updating the recoveries, and inform the action taken against them.

    Sir,
    Dur to some problem I was not able to deposited my Pli for conitnous 6 monthd. Hence it is blocked afterwards.
    I have submitted all my documents to Ferozepur Jhirka, Nuh, Hr. Including medical fitness certificate.

    A call came to me regarding non deposition of my Pli copy. I have also sent that around 1.5 month back.
    But till now I have not received any letter so that I can further deposit my Pli for the rest of the months.
    Kindly look at my problem and solve it asap.

    Sir my name is Nabin Kumar Sahoo and I have taken the policy through field post office jalahali east Bangalore in Mar 1993.
    Sir, I have lost my fPLI​ bond paper bearing policy no APS/NM/88748-A during transit. Please issue one duplicate copy of the above mentioned bond paper for claiming the matured amount since it's getting delayed. Thanking you in anticipating a positive response.

      Dear sir/madam,

      I have been paying my policy premium online for the past 5 months. Unfortunately this month when I paid the premium online, money got deducted from my account but its not reflecting in the PLI portal. In Payment History tab, it is showing as success but in Pay Premium page it is asking me to pay the premium again. Also I didn't receive confirmation message from DOPPLI. I checked with the bank. They told me payment was successful.

      Below are my policy details. Could you please check and let me know the status of the payment? Also please let me know when I will get the money back if the payment is not successful.

Ap_110958cc was opened year_1996but policy is not able to transfered so i am not able to deposit by on line what i should do now at this time.             Sir, I am Mahendra Kumar from Hardoi District UP. I have used one policy PLI, the no. Is - UP-98700-CS and it is already matured on 20/2/2017. I have submitted all original documents, passbook and policy bond in PLI office main post office Hardoi with prescribed performa on 21/2/2017. And it's been 3 months passed but I couldn't get payment yet.
            And I have also requested to post superintendent Hardoi on 12/5/2017 regarding delaying of payment. But after all this I m not getting any satisfactory information regarding my issue.
            Kindly look into my problem and try to sort out it, so that I can get my payment soon.

              In the above mentioned policy i started to pay premium 603/= pm from january 2002 in ongc nagar surat post office-394518 but from october 2002 i started to pay premium annually rs. 7091 every year which was excess of real premium. It was sorted out only in december 27, 2013 when annual premium was taken only rs. 6934/= in digvijaynagar po. Ahmedabad-382424.
              I had complained for the refund of excess amount at the time of its maturity in february 2017 in pli, gpo, ahmedabad but so far not intimation received yet.
              Please do the needful.

                Sir/madam,

                I, Monu Garg, pli (Ea) policy holder with policy no.-DL-134197-US, whenver try to login with my login credentials like customer id and password in pli customer portal, it always says -"invalid customer id/password". What is this?, i can't understand it. I am using correct credentials. Even after clicking the link for password verification which i receive in my email id post using the forget password option, i am unable to open login as again it says - "invalid customer id/password".

                Please look into the matter and enable me to login without getting...

                  My above policy has matured on 31st March, 2017 and I have submitted Maturity Application form duly completed all respect along with necessary documents on 13th April, 2017 at Senior Superintend of Post Master, Head Post Office, Asansol, West Bengal, PIN-713301.

                  But till date maturity payment has not been received.It is requested to make payment at the earlest.

                    My mother haas to claim a Rural Postal Life Insurance (RPLI) for the death of my brother my brother.

                    It is required that she submits all the documents, which she did, still no response.

                    The documents were to be approved by assistant divisional manager of PLI in Patna, but he demanded a (मूल संचिका) from manager CPC Banka, Bihar. The manager CPC never adhered to the requirements and instructions, apparently.

                    I'm attaching my letter and the letter from assistant divisional manager.

                    Kindly look into this matter.

I have retired from Army EME on 28 Feb 2017, after that I went to EME School, Vadodara Army Post Office, but they refused to pay PLI premium without premium book. I have sent speed post twice for issue of premium Book Nos EG[protected]IN dated 08 Mar 2017 & EG[protected]IN dated 06 April 2017. Till date neither book received nor any intimation received & without premium monthly book, it is not possible to pay the amount as two months already expired.                           As per terms maturity amt is due on jan 17. Policy no aps/nm/180675-a. I made a correspondence with u. But form sent by u was irrelevant as no fpo is available near air force stn bidar. I had approached near by post office they had given me a maturity form which i filled along with bank details and send it to addl dte gen aps (Pli cell) 908716 c/o 56 apo. But till date there is no reply.

I have deposited premium of april-2017 on 29.04.2017 by online through state bank debit card ending number 7370. Amount of rs. 4635/- debited my account but status of my payment history is pending. I received a message on 02.05.2017 from postal life insurance "dear customer, premium of your pli policy no. Jh-139170-r not received by 30.04.2017, please make payment of due premiums immediately". Please look into the matter.

I have already submitted original bond and other documents well in adv on 23.2.2017 at central processing centre new delhi on 23.2.2017, but so far no communication has been received.                                 I, abhishek kumar, PLI (EA) policy holder with Policy No.[protected], whenver try to login with my Login credentials like customer id and password in PLI customer portal, it always says -" invalid customer id/password".                                 Issue resolved for me (you should copy paste both id and password)- type and try login it should work. Same way it worked for me.
                                Same issue with me. Created new password many times for no use. Did not understand the above solution clearly. Any one knows the cause and resolution?

                                  I, ex 15664169, signalman, shiladitya sharma made a policy (Pli) no - (Aps-691751-l) on 16 march 2007. Premium received from p. A. O. (Army) from march 2007 to august 2013.

                                  I transferred it to kandi head post office, pin - 742137 in west bengal circle. I deposited premium to kandi head post office from september 2013 to april 2017. Date of maturity of pli is 13 may 2017.

                                  Kandi head post office is refusing to give maturity value. The payment will be given from aps circle. All paper and documents are attached herewith.

                                  So you are requested to give the maturity value as soon as possible.

                                    I have taken PLI policy in Port Blair on 10/07/2008 and subsequently I got transferred to PUNE. I am continuously paying premium till date. Due to recent developments took place in Postal Department, the GPO PUNE has stated that my policy has not been migrated and Due to non-migration of My PLI policy No.WB-163645-CC, I am facing difficulty in paying premium.                                       As i already submitted all my document that belong to my Policy no. and i got response that no amount debited from salary a/c but every month amount got debited from my salary a/c.the salary slip i already provided but still i didn't receive any response form your side.

                                      As for rule i should receive maturity in dec 2017. but i didn't receive any amount into my a/c form your side. so i kindly requesting you to Please go through my policy and made correction immediately.

                                        My army postal life insirance policy number APS-432136-L for an amount of Rs 1 lakh was matured on 08 Feb 2017 and the origonal policy bond was submitted through TASA postal unit Secunderabad on 09 Feb 2017 for the payment purpose. Till date, the said matured amount has not yet been credited into my SBI, Trimulgherry sb a/c No [protected]. An early action in this regard is solicited please.
