Hi Team,

I am unable to login to PLI customer portal. Always getting the error Invalid Customer Id or Password.

Tried re-setting the password multiple times but getting the same error.

Please check and resolve this asap.

    When I login getting this error I am using the correct credentials, Even though I tried creating new password using forgot password link but same error.

      I registered with the post office and got my customer id and generated password however recently whenever I use my customer id and password it says "invalid customer id and password".

      I tried

      1. Using forget password and create new password
      2. i used forget customer id and got customer id just to verify its the right one
      3. Using 2 laptops
      4. I used 2 different mobiles

      But it doesn't let me login in to my PLI policy something is wrong on your side.

      Please can you help and resolve it

        I submitted following docs in original to Post Master Grade- 1, BEML Nagar KGF- 563115 Kolar Karnataka on 29/06/2022 for payment of Maturity benefit
        1. Original Policy Bond GJ- 188339-CC OM PRAKASH CHAND BALBIR CHAND DEOPA.
        2. Self attested copy of ID proof .
        3. Self attested copy of address proof.
        4. Original Premium Receipt Book. (Premium paid up to date)
        . I started this PLI on 02/12/1995 at Post office Naliya Kachchh Gujrat – 370655
        Date of maturity was 30.04.2022

          I was suggested by one of my friends to create a PLI as i has many benefits so i have submitted request for creation of same through post office and i was informed that only the marks certificate details are sufficient for opening the account, i have also paid the opening amount but now they are asking to submit convocation certificate.

          My convocation certificate is pending with the university and i haven't received it yet.

          Also i have provided with my employment details along with pay slip but they are not accepting.

          i would really like to know that if a well established MNC can provide me job based on my marksheets and i am eligible to pay ITR to Govt without convocation certificate then why cant i get an insurance without the certificate? and why was this not rejected before hand and not once i have gone through all the submission.

          Does this mean the PLI is not applicable to the people who do not have convocation certificate.

            I have made my postal life insurance payment rs 2607 using my credit card and an amount of rs 2638.13 debited including the convenience fee for the same on 6th October 2022.But the amount not credited to my pli with policy number[protected].Credit card customer care center told that the transaction was successfull. Again on 10th of October 2022 I have paid the same again using upi transfer and the same got reflected on pli on the same day itself... Hence I request you to reverse the amount 2607 which was debited on 06/10/2022

                        I'm unable to login the PLI portal and getting the error invalid customer id/password. Logging into the portal is the main thing and here I'm blocked.I don't know what you people are really doing. Please resolve my issue as soon as possible.

                          Dear Sir,
                          This is Sushil Dharkar with policy no[protected], I have given online request for the change nominee in online via login to indiapost info pli login with hardcopies in nearby mumbai central post office, I want to change my nominees to single nominee with name: Mrs. Kanchan Dharkar, But none of the post office branches are able to help me out, I have already submitted all required documents / hardcopies to mumbai central 400008 branch, they are telling me to cancel online request of change of nomination request first, then only they can update at their end, but i have checked online but there is no way to cancel it online, again i talked to the mumbai central branch, they are telling me contact to your previous branch Bhel he hospital branch bhoapl but i can not contact them as none of contact no is working for (HE hospital bhopal) I am posted to Mumbai now, i already talked to the customer care but they are telling that even they cannot cancel it.
                          I just want to change the nominee, thats it, why they cannot change it online or why they give the option for request to change nominee online, if they cannot approve it.
                          My Postal Req ids are
                          CPCON[protected], CPCON[protected],
                          CPCON[protected]
                          all are related to nominee change.

                            Sir, I am Dimmelwar Manjula w/o Dimmelwar Raju . My husband had a pli policy[protected], and he was died on[protected] due to snake bite. Claim file forwarded to Nizamabad CPC on[protected] through register post
                            Rn[protected]in with all required documents . Enquiry regarding claim also completed in November -21 . But the pli claim is not sanctioned till today

                              I have paid premium for above mentioned policy number online via PLI portal using my debit card, however the payment is showing failed if checking status under PLI payment history. The payment confirmation page showed error once OTP was submitted to complete the payment. No receipt number generated as well if checking in the payment history on Portal. Note that I have paid premium for 2 months(Current + 1 month advance). Request you please look into this matter urgently and address my grievance either my refunding the premium amount paid or clearing the transaction in PLI portal and providing the receipt number.                                 I buy a policy of postal life insurance online, through site of PLI
                                https://pli.indiapost.gov.in/CustomerPortal/quoteaction.action
                                i pay my premium online.i recieve a reciept on mail.and a proposol number.
                                i submit proposol through same site.than i call to pli call centre give them to proposol number.and they reply that no proposol number not found in system.
                                Why PLI taking amount if they dont have proper call centre staff who know process of online PLI.

                                  PLI receipts are not available.

                                  I have paid my PLI premium through portal https://pli.indiapost.gov.in/ on 04 MAY 2022.
                                  The payment was successful with following details.

                                  ORDER NO.- OR[protected]
                                  RECEIPT NO.[protected]please see attached photograph)

                                  But the PDF file of online receipt can not be downloaded as it is not on the portal. Also all the PDF files of online receipts have been removed from the portal since when the portal has been updated (18 MAY 2022).

                                  Kindly resolve the issue and make available all the PDF files of online receipts.
