Afterthat I have submitted all the document related to his death to the near PLI Office . Now his death completed whole 2 years But there is no payment of my his death claim . when i go to our near PLl Office then they say to me that they send our case to Bhopal after completed all formalities from their office . Sir, I am Ram Chandra Solanki from Jodhpur (Rajasthan) PLI Policy holder Number APS-800121-C. As per various correspondence made by me, but no any result has been found. I have already compliant regarding transfer of PLI policy into Rajasthan circle as well as regarding interest Rs 7172/- charged by PLI Department for non depositing of Premium due to clerical/Departmental (PAD) Mistakes. In this regard, I have already submitted one application dated 20 May 2015 addressed to your department, in which I already mentioned that I agree to deposit four months dues Premium i.e. w.e.f. Feb’ 2008 to May 2008 amounting of Rs 4600/- (1150/ PM) with request to exempt interest amount as it was not my mistake and also mentioned all the details for cause of this type of happening. Besides, recently I received one letter from Department of Post O/o the CPMG, Delhi Circle, Meghdoot Bhawan, New Delhi vide their L/No. Nil dated 21 May 2015, which in informed me that deposit the due premium amount of duration w.e.f. Feb’ 2008 to May[protected]/- PM i.e. total amounting of Rs 4600/-) with the interest amount of Rs 7142/- upto June 2015, whereas, premium was deducted directly through my salary from PAD, N/Delhi and it was responsibility of these department to deduct it and same be deposited in appropriate head, but it was not deducted by PAD Division and subsequently interest amount was charged from me i.e. rupees 7142/-. In reply, I answering you that when I was taken this PLI policy through APS in the month of Feb’ 2008, Bond of said policy was issued me in same month i.e Feb' 2008. Premium of said policy was required to be deducted through my Salary from PAD Department. It was over all responsibility of PAD, where salary was releasing, then why I wave the interest amount. According to directions of your department, I went to Main Post office Jodhpur for depositing of due premium of PLI Policy No APS-800121-C, but they informed me that your PLI not shown in computer due to this policy is not migrated till date. Hence, it could not be functioning at their offices and also directed me that contact at APS for migrate it. It is therefore, I humbly requesting you to direct Department of Posts, O/o The CPMG, Delhi Circle, Meghdoot Bhawan, New Delhi-110001 to exempt interest amount as charged by them, because it was over all responsibility of PAD, N/Delhi due to non deduction of Premium bymistake clerical staff and lake of co-ordinations between department as well as not update of records. I am fully agree to deposit due premium of total 14 Months i.e. (Feb’ 2008 to May' 2008 and Aug' 2014 to May' 2015, but interest amount Rs 7172.53/- as charged on due premium of Feb' 08 to May 2008 was not justifiable as such this is not my default. As such Premium was required to be deducted by PAD, which was not deducted at their end then why I paid the interest amount ? It is therefore, I really prayer to solved out above matter at the earliest and necessary direction may also be given to concerned department to solve out the my genuine problem of above matter at the earliest please. Sir, I am continuously correspondence with your department through various letters/mails but your PLI department giving various arguments and harassing me with the comment that policy is operated by APS/not Operated here/Contact to Delhi circle etc and till date not reached at any stage of solution. Now, after 8 months department telling me that deposit interest amount on due amount, which for I am not liable and resultantly it seems to come that it can be clerical errors, lake of information between these department and co-ordinations . This was overall responsibility of PAD as deduction of premium and salary account manage by them. Request solve out above query at the earliest otherwise I will go to Consumer Court, Jodhpur for justice. Request guide me and solved out the matter at your level. I hope, you are working for public grievances and you can be solved out this typical matter through your respectable efforts. In this regard, all the correspondence letters/mails also provide you through my above application under references.

DL-71830-CS has been Matured on 18/05/2015.I submitted policy documents at Maghdoot Bhawan Jhandewsalan Delhi on 11/05/2015, where they provided me many phone no. of Ashok Vihar Zonal head office regarding sanding payment invoice to me as [protected], 6931, 27127600, 27426707, 27458177etc.But also many-many times trying i couldn't get satisfetory answer from there, at last i went Ashok vihar post office PLI branch on 20/05/2015, there Mr. Vishnu gave me his mobile no. [protected] & assured me to sand me Payment invoice within 3 to 4 days.But I couldn't get it till yet. So i am feeling much restless while i have to Pay my others liabilities loan etc early. Dear Sir, This has with reference to Postal Life Insurance Policy (Policy No. GJ-653232-US) which has sum assured Rs. 10, 000, 000/-. Under this policy, the premium payment has been made till month of July 2015 but online it is shows that "Last Premium Paid Till" 31/08/2014. Further, policy also shows inactive (whithout any reason) but actually it is active with the premium paid till July-2015. Many times I was try to contact on telephone...

It is brought to your kind notice that I enquired/ complained more than ten times regarding subjected matter after surrendered my PLI at nearby post office, Haripad, in my home town since 04 March 2014. Last one year I have not received any credit note from the post office as well as APS, I believe this is being taken care of by APS. 3. I enquired via e-mail, letter and also try to contact on telephone, but they are didn't responding. 4. Ignoring or didn’t answering is not a professional way to solve like such complaints, further to inform that I have no any other sources to recover my money except knock the door of Honorable Court. 5. Respected sir, I am Ex-Army personal. I have PLI Policy No APS-NM-80469-L which is matured on 30/11/2014 & last premium Jun 2014, after my retirement (March 2009) I had transferred my policy to Mumbai circle and paid premium in GPO Ahmednagar upto Jun 2014. I was submitted original policy Certificate and premium paid book for maturity claim in GPO Ahmednagar on 08/05/2014. But till date there is no refunded maturity claim Amount to me by post office. So I requested you please do needful in this matter.

Sir, I had a PLI policy no. APS-504281-A. After my retirement the policy was transferred to AP circle. The maturity date was 26-01-15. I submitted the original policy at GPO Abids, Hyderabad for payment of maturity amount. Till date I am not in receipt of the maturity amount. Kindly intervene and intimate me the present status.

Sir, I have submitted the matured PLI Policies to Head Post Office Gadag, Karnataka on 11th of Dec 2014. vide my policy no 438925-p and KT/TE/3347 But it is regreted still no action has been taken. Almost 3 months over no news from the concerned authority, Kindly do the needfull at the earliest. Thanking you sir

Circle Kolkata - 12 he acknowledge me Letter No. PLI/Claim/IV-R(153)/Misc/14-15 dt.Kolkata-12 the 31.12.2014. But still today non payment my PLI benifit.I am a Senior citizen and suffering problem. I have PLI policy bearing no. AM/72-S which was matured on 28/01/2015 and i have submitted PR book and original policy on 03/02/2015 in GPO guwahati.It is learnt from the PLI br.Meghdoot Bhavan Guwahati today(25/02/2015) that they have not find the file of my policy.I request you kindly to look into the matter and release the maturity amount.

1. As per their letter above amount Rs. 1575/- pm to be credited in my account from May 2009 to Apr 2014 (5 years) amount 50440.00 . But Balance amount from May 2014 to Dec 2014 (08 Months) not yet credit till date in my account.
