Regarding unlock of account

Customer Id: 65653000 & policy No APS[protected]M

Above policie online account has been Locked. I have received my mail address also but didn't received any password verification link. Please solve this problem and unlock my account......

I paid premium of Rs2403, but no message received from the postal portal. But my money got debited. Payment status showing as pending.
My Policy id is AP-568862-B. Shared image of successful payment screen also shared for your reference. I request you to please do the needful ASAP.

          Dear Sir,
          I, Guru Prasad Dey have submitted an application for claim of PLI maturity amount to PLI Office Head post Office Hubli on 15.2.2022. my Policy No KT AEA 326720-R and mature on 08.2.2022.
          I have enclosed all Necessary documents as per Claim Form (annex-III). I was not issued with a Premium Receipt Book along with Policy documents, hence not submitted. Also My policy premium was recovered through salary for the last fifteen year i.e from the date of policy accepted. I have enclosed Premium paid certificate received from postal life insurance for the year 2021-22. But the dealer Sri Guraj G and Head poster is not accepting the certificate and honoring the paid certificate issued by your good office. It is requested to kindly look into the matter, and advise the concerned to accept the Premium paid certificate received from postal life insurance. to certify the application for maturity claim and payment to be done at the earliest.

                  Dear Sir,
                  The above mentioned policy has got matured and was submitted to the concerned Post office for claim, but till to date the concerned post office has failed to credit the payment to my account which has been recently opened for the said purpose.
                  The said office is lingering on with the issue as the PAN CARD and AADHAR card bears name instead of ANITA DHAR as ANITA DHAR KAR. THE POLICY IS IN THE NAME OF ANITA DHAR WHILE AS AADHAR CARD AND PAN CARD BEAR THE NAME ANITA DHAR KAR. The present position pertaining to Covid pandemic distracts me to move again to Jammu from Jaipur in order to pursue my case which has been kept pending with the remarks that the policy holders name does not match with the the PAN card / AADHAR card.
                  Sir, I hope your goodDojammu.[protected]@indiapost.gov.inself will look into the mater and direct the concerned post office to credit the maturity amount along-with interest to my recent post office saving account without any further delay. Sir I hope that I may not be compelled to move to consumer court for justice.

                    Online premium pending status

                    Hello I have made a transaction to pay premium of PLI policy no. 74572502 my transaction is successful but in history their are still showing transaction pending please resolve my problem asap or refund my amount...

                    Myself SHRAVAN KUMAR PANDEY, today i just paid my monthly subscription for February 2022 month through SBI net banking of PLI no[protected].
                    But money is deducted from my bank but not credited in to my PLI.
                    Please help me .

                      My policy number is[protected] and my customer ID is 70447291. Today i paid two installments w.e.f. 01.01.22 to 28.02.22 via online. Money is deducted but the payment receipt is not generated. Kindly do the needful. I have enclosed the screenshot of my payment showing the transaction ID.

                            I am a soldier and serving in Indian Army and recently purchased a PLI of Rs. 2000000.00 (twenty lakh) and its maturity dt is 21 Jan 2047. I have already paid first premium as cash. Post Office staff refused to recover EMI from my Salary.

                            I wish recover EMI direct from my salary through PAO (OR) PCTC so that reduce my extra burden for payment of premium in time.

                                  I am not able to create customer Id for my PLI. While taking policy I have provided my mail and mobile number. I am getting mails and as well but while generating customerId it’s not allowing me.

                                  I need receipt of my payment to submit proofs.

                                  Please tell me help me to create customer Id or give me the alternative to download receipt. I have receipt number.
