Premium payment status pending

Hello, my postal life insurance policy was due from 1st March'2021 . Due to some problems I wasn't able to make the payment at that time, however I made the payment on 1st May'2021, it has been almost 8 months but still the payment status is in pending state and my policy has been lapsed. Please look into it and confirm the payment, otherwise kindly refund the amount so I can pay the premium again.

Unable to login to customer portal

Hello,
After generating customer id with my policy details I have tried several times to login. However every time I am being told that there is an error in the credentials. But i have verified multiple times and still i am having the issue. I even reset my password but still the same error is generated.

My cust ID : 74322492

Could you please check on it ?...

Policy status showing as inactive

Dear Sir, This has with reference to Postal Life Insurance Policy (Policy No.[protected] Under this policy, the premium payment has been made till month of June 2021 . Further, policy also shows inactive (whithout any reason) but actually it is active with the premium paid till June-2021. In view of above, it is requested to look for this matter and do needful. Trying to log in into PLI website with correct Customer ID and password, system throws an error Invalid Customer ID/Password.
Tried re setting my password even then the issue is same
Iam pretty much sure I have entered correct credentials to my knowledge.
This is bit annoying as a beloved customer...

Invalid id / Password while logging in

I have a registered ID and password for PLI. but when i log in it shows invalid id/password. I tried changing the password twice and it was successful. but still the login shows invalid. Pls resolve this....

Lots of bugs in PLI website

There is lots of bugs in PLI website.when you try to login even after entering correct login credentials website won't login you have to try multiple times if somehow you able to login and try to make payment website says ther is no policy to make payment then you have to refresh the page several times finally i[censored] find your policy and try to make payment both payment gateways (SBI and payU) won't work properly. My Maturity Amount not yet credited in my bank account.

My Postal Insurance Policy No: WB- 228982-R.
Maturity date is 06.09.2021.

I have surrendered my Policy after maturity at Kharagpur Technology Post Office on 01.09.2021 for Settlement Claim. They asked me to wait for 15 days but it has been 23 days already and still I have not received my maturity amount. Since I need this money urgently for my medical expenses I am upset about the service of our postal department....

Sir, I am Kranti Pachpande and my PLI Policy No.[protected] & I made the online payment for my PLI policy premium, for the period from 01 Sep 2021 to 30 Sep 2021 through JPCB Debit Card on 07-Sep-2021. Premium Amount has been deducted from my Bank Account. But the same is not reflecting in the PLI portal. I haven't got Acknowledgement or receipt number as well. Payment status is showing as "Pending" even after doing payment.
