      I am a soldier and serving in Indian Army and recently purchased a PLI of Rs. 2000000.00 (twenty lakh) and its maturity dt is 21 Jan 2047. I have already paid first premium as cash. Post Office staff refused to recover EMI from my Salary.

      I wish recover EMI direct from my salary through PAO (OR) PCTC so that reduce my extra burden for payment of premium in time.

          Hi sir this is manmohan Singh s/o khinw singh from Dabri, Nagaur(Rajasthan), i had opened my PLI in oct 06 in 405 AIR FORCE STATION BELGAUM.till now i have not received any receipt and/or policy bond.A monthly premium of INR 415 is deducted from my salary.so it is requestd to send my documents as soon as possible .

            I am not able to create customer Id for my PLI. While taking policy I have provided my mail and mobile number. I am getting mails and as well but while generating customerId it’s not allowing me.

            I need receipt of my payment to submit proofs.

            Please tell me help me to create customer Id or give me the alternative to download receipt. I have receipt number.

                Hi Sir/Madam,

                I am trying to make online payment for my PLI policy, however when I opened my online account it shows "no policy found" under "My Policies" tab.
                I am extremely shocked to see this, it will cause delay in premium payment of the policy.

                Request you to please take immediate action on this to fix the issue.
                Please reach out to me to get details on policy.

                I also see that many other customers have complained about the same, so please take extra care of these kind of issues, it will cause reputation damage to PLI Policy and the related organization in public's eyes.

                  I am open these insurance in 29 September 2004 and these policy maturity date is 30 October 2021 . And I am theroial premium amount paid in time to time . And I am apply for maturity benefit still there are not come in my account. These policy open me kharsundi branch and I am asked him he say they are not come centre please check and co-operate me.

                    Hello, my postal life insurance policy was due from 1st March'2021 . Due to some problems I wasn't able to make the payment at that time, however I made the payment on 1st May'2021, it has been almost 8 months but still the payment status is in pending state and my policy has been lapsed. Please look into it and confirm the payment, otherwise kindly refund the amount so I can pay the premium again.

                      Hello,
                      After generating customer id with my policy details I have tried several times to login. However every time I am being told that there is an error in the credentials. But i have verified multiple times and still i am having the issue. I even reset my password but still the same error is generated.

                            Trying to log in into PLI website with correct Customer ID and password, system throws an error Invalid Customer ID/Password.
                            Tried re setting my password even then the issue is same
                            Iam pretty much sure I have entered correct credentials to my knowledge.
                            This is bit annoying as a beloved customer

                                      There is lots of bugs in PLI website.when you try to login even after entering correct login credentials website won't login you have to try multiple times if somehow you able to login and try to make payment website says ther is no policy to make payment then you have to refresh the page several times finally i[censored] find your policy and try to make payment both payment gateways (SBI and payU) won't work properly. Every time they decline your payment. Infosys have designed such cheap website for India post. This is one of the worst website i have ever seen. This is a substandard work by Infosys. India post atleast should allow user to make payment using wallet apps just like LIC
