Dear sir,
My wife mrs. Sagaya pouline louisa, working in government school, as b. T. Assistant. A pli policy bearing no. Tn-429259-cs was taken on 09/11/2009. The deduction started from dec., 2009 from her salary. She retired from government service in sep., 2017 and re-employed in the same school. As per the existing rules no deduction can be made from a re-employed staff. Her last deduction was made by the school authorities in the month of sep., 2017.
I approached tiruchirapalli head post office where the pli office located in the month of dec., 2017 ie. 05/12/2017 for change of mode of payment as no deduction is made after sep., 2017. To this effect a certificate from the school head master, who is paying officer, also submitted along with the request. The concerned staff assured that within 15 days they will inform the change of payment of mode with the book. After one month i approached the staff, since no reply was received from them. They informed they are waiting a confirmation from concerned post office and no reply received till date.
Another month also gone but no reply received. Since no payment was made i fear that the policy is alive are not and i may get the full sum assured along with bonus. I should not suffer for no fault on us.
Sir, i request you kindly look into the matter and do the needful for early clearance for regular payment of premium without fail.
