Postal Life Insurance — Pli matured but payment not made

1 I had a PLI policy number APS- 334365-A which was due for maturity in the month of Oct 16 on completion of tenure.

2 In the month of Oct 16 I despatched all my origional documents pertaining to policywith ID proof and photocopy of my bank passbook through my parent unit ie 7 C&MU AIR FORCE STATION C/O 56APO far the maturity amount has not been creditted in my account. I made a complaint in this regard vide comp no 5079. But matter has not been resolved.

3. Once again it is requested that maturity amount may please be creditted in my account with following details:-
