Postal Life Insurance [Pli] — Money deducted from account but premium for PLI not showing paid | |
Sir, I am Kranti Pachpande and my PLI Policy No.[protected] & I made the online payment for my PLI policy premium, for the period from 01 may 2021 to 31 may 2021 through Bank of maharashtra Debit Card on 12-may-2021. Premium Amount has been deducted from my Bank Account. But the same is not reflecting in the PLI portal. I haven't got Acknowledgement or receipt number as well. Payment status is showing as "Pending" even after doing payment. and also I got the following message The specified request cannot be processed.
