All required documents have been forwarded vide 834fpo letter no.834/pli-corr/fpo dt 17 feb 2018. As per enquiry info documents received on 22 feb 2018. An email have been sent to [protected]@armypost. Nic.in on 22/03/2018. An additional willingness certificate with surrender amount also sent which has been received on 26/03/2018 as per enquiry details. But no any surrender amount credited tillnow. Please surrender and credit my amount as earliest. Thanks

My father expired on 29th jan 2017 and we submitted the relevant necessary documents on 24th July 2017 and we got verified by public relation officer at Tagore nagar post office. It has been a year since we haven’t received any information regarding it. Policy number MH-152523-UC, kindly take the necessary action soon.
