Postal Life Insurance [Pli] — non-receipt of money back installment due in the month of feb 2020

Sir,

I am pli policy holder baljit sharma parashar. My money back policy no ae-395225a was due for third money back installment in the month of feb 2020. Till date no payment has been credited to me. I request that money bank instalment may please be credited to my sb accounts number [protected] held with sbi air force station hindan. Or my sb account no[protected] held with air force station hindan post office.

In present scenario nationwide lockdown for covid-19 i'm unable to submit policy document with any of the post office.

Postal Life Insurance [PLI] Customer Care's response Sir, for any survival benefit you have to submit survival claim form in any post office. Kindly submit this form in any post office after lockdown period. Updated by Baljit Sharma Parashar Lockdown opens after one year, till than I have to wait sir. What a justice? My regular payments of premium are being creditted then also something is required
