Postal Life Insurance [Pli] — Not able to download receipt and not able to generate CustomerID
I am not able to create customer Id for my PLI. While taking policy I have provided my mail and mobile number. I am getting mails and as well but while generating customerId it’s not allowing me.
I need receipt of my payment to submit proofs.
Please tell me help me to create customer Id or give me the alternative to download receipt. I have receipt number.
