[Resolved]  Postal Life Insurance [Pli] — not received of maturity amount

My pli policy no. Aps-ae-373654-l is already matured on 01 apr 2018. I have already submitted all documents with original policy and pr book with head post office panipat on 13 apr 2018. But i have not received the amount nor any intimation by yet from the post office.

I am trying to contact with the concern pli clerk of head post office, panipat but no positive response received from the post office. Will i get the interest on the amount after maturity?. I want to know when i received my maturity amount from the post office.
