Postal Life Insurance [Pli] — Online payment status showing pending

I have done online payment of rs. 4244 through PLI app by way of SBI netbanking
My customer ID is 23657659 and money is debited and when I am seeing the PLI website in payment History it is showing status ID 99 and "Pending"
So please confirm the payment is done and generate my receipt or else credit to amount to my bank account
