Postal Life Insurance [Pli] — paid online premium through upi but till online policy shows void

Sir, i am saumo chatterjee an pli agent. My client paid pli policy from april to july (Policy no.[protected], moupriya roy) but yet her policy status shows lapsed. I verified from c. P. C that the premium is paid upto july. Bur my client's policy is void and she has no premium receipt. Plese solve the problem and tell how she get the premium receipt and update her pli book.

I am Deepa Tirpude.my policy no.is[protected] and customer id 70957007. Sir Maine 13/07/2020 KO 2 month ( June- July )ka online premium(5694/-) bhim UPI se kiya tha. UPI transaction successful tha PR payment history pending show ho rhi h or account se amount v debited ho gya h.
Sir/mam plss solve my problem.
