I had paid the premium for the month of january through my debit card, but after successful payment, an error occured and i couldn't receive the receipt for the payment. Now there is no option to download the acknowledgement receipt.

Sir my policy number is APS-914423-L and maturity date is 25 Feb 2019.
I am submitting my month premier in civil postoffice but they are refusing us to submit as they don't have any data about this. Please update my policy and do this procedure online so in future there will b no problem.
