Postal Life Insurance [Pli] — Payment successful, but not reflected in portal | |
Premium Payment towards policy R-KL-EA-687871 for month 1/1/2021 to 30/06/2021 is successful from bank side but not getting reflected in PLI online portal. Please revert back the amount if the transaction is not complete or update the portal with proper status and receipt. Also did not receive any confirmation mail for the transaction from postal side.
