Postal Life Insurance [Pli] — PLI payment successful but payment history pending

Sir My name is D sreenivas My policy number[protected] lam paid pli online payment by credit card for the month of march2021 on 02/10/2020 20:45:55 payment is successful amount 4243 was debited from my credit card. but iam not received transaction number from PLI and my pli transaction history it's showing as pending status, status Id 99 Receipt no NA my credit card number 4315 8100 xxxx 0005.
