Respected sir,
With most humbly i want to state that all my premium were deducted and deposited monthly from my pay and allowances from pao (Gref), pune. My maturity due on 29 oct 2018. I was visited hpo, gandhi nagar (Jammu) for claimed my pil maturity amount. Hpo gandhi nagar intimated me that amount from april 2018 to till date has not been credited against your pli account. My pli account details are as under :-

Monthly deduction rs.1225/- pm (1203 +22)

You are requested to kindly take immediate action for credit deducted amount against my policy, so that i get my maturity at time.
