[Resolved]  Postal Life Insurance [Pli] — Postal Life Insurance [Pli] no profile and no policy number in online account

Dear Sir,
This is rajitha.I've opened my pli policy in 2017, then i created the online pli in 2017 and paying all my premiums through online till november 2020.But when i opened my account this month(december 2020) i could not find my policy no. as well as my profile. Please help me out from this issue sir..
