Sir/madam,
I, monisha, pli policyholder with policy no.[protected], whenever try to login with my login credentials like customer id and password in pli customer portal, it always says -"invalid customer id/password". I am using the correct credentials. Even after clicking the link for password verification which i receive in my email id post using the forget password option, i am unable to open login as again it says - "invalid customer id/password".
Moreover, i discussed with my local agent he said my email id linked in our system, so he doesn't know what is the problem.
However, i sent you the email regarding this matter with all my details, but i didn't get any reply from your side. So please take necessary action to rectify my login issue..

myself jyoti ranjan das, APS[protected]n, retired from indian navy on july 2019.My last premium 1870 deducted from the month of july, but it is not updated in pli site.For this reason the onward premiums could not deposited.My last premium due on 31 oct 19.Plz take necessary action on my request as soon as possible.
