Postal Life Insurance [Pli] — Premium amount debited from SBI Bank account but not credit in policy account and not updated and not received receipt

Respected sir/madam!
On 9-6-2021 Rs 10816=00has been debited my S.B.I. account using pli online payment mode for policy no.
[protected] for the month of June 2021.
The above mentioned amount debited from my SBI A/C But the credit was not reflecting in our policy account (still it shows june month premium pending)
On that day I paid another 3 policy premium amounts and get receipts also and updated.
Sir, please resolve my issue as possible as earliest and update my transaction up to the month of June 2021.
