Postal Life Insurance [Pli] — Product:Santosh/ Premium deducted but showing failed in portal

I have paid premium for above mentioned policy number online via PLI portal using my debit card, however the payment is showing failed if checking status under PLI payment history. The payment confirmation page showed error once OTP was submitted to complete the payment. No receipt number generated as well if checking in the payment history on Portal. Note that I have paid premium for 2 months(Current + 1 month advance). Request you please look into this matter urgently and address my grievance either my refunding the premium amount paid or clearing the transaction in PLI portal and providing the receipt number.
