R/sir i pay pli premium on dt. 04.10.18 through credit card for the month of 10.18 & 11.18 of rs. 2301/- but first time amount deduct my account and receipt no. Not received only transaction i'd shows so i again pay pli for the same month & now again rs. 2301/- deduct from my account. So i requested you to refund my excess deduct amount rs. 2301/- or adjusted for the month of 12.18 & 01.19. Thanks you. Mobile no. [protected], policy no. Hy 170806 cs. I enrolled pli proposal in the year 2003. When I was Mokokchung.Nagaland. A monthly premium of INR 435 but my policy paper not yet have been received.my old service no is 164272 and my new service no is 115322m Longlam ship in 11 Assam Rifles.Address. No 115322m Rfn Longlam ship, c/o 99Apo.
