My name is jitendra kumar sah, my policy no is r-jh-ea-320108 i have paid my last premium on 27/03/2018 manually, but i want to deposit it online so i have done all the formalities instructed by head post office dumka. A long period of time has been passed but my policy no has not been updated up till now. If it is not paid on time then who will be responsible for my default premium as well as the benefit according to policy.
Hence, you are requested prompt action must be taken against my policy.

Policy no APO-262712-L, proposal no 396094, date of maturity 18-oct-2021.
Acknowledgment slip ref no [protected] date 11/13/2018, I paid premium upto 31 Dec 2018 but in system it shows balance amount not paid for past 8months. Please take action, thanking you.

Sir/madam,
I am Devanand Vishwakarma. I am a pli holder with policy no. UP-312309-CS.
I made monthly payment of Rs. 3031 through online mode. But this payment is not showing in my policy not return back to my bank account.

Please resolve this issue.
