[Resolved]  Postal Life Insurance [Pli] — required duplicate pli pass book

Hi madam/ sir,
Please look this matter and do the need full please provide me post life insurance duplicate pass book because i lost it. Its very urgent. I am trying to contact concern person but they are not responding properly and they are not helping to get pass book again. So how i get again duplicate pass book.

And one more thing that after paying post life insurance bill not getting bill copy of the payment. Till september received bill copy through mail but after that not getting the bill copy through mail and mail id is updated allready
