I surrender my policy no - aps-aea[protected]l through 1822 fpo c/o 99apo panagargh with all required documents but my policy return from pli cell delhi without any reason. My financial situation can't allow me to continue the policy. So please suggest me what is the process to surrender my policy as soon as possible.

I have taken PLI policy in 2013 and paid premiums for 1 year, there after I was unable to pay premiums . Now I want to surrender my policy, will get full amount what i paid ?
