Sir, i am holding pli policy number[protected] cust id 69323338. After login it is showing the no policy found. I am shocked to know the news like this. Kindly do the needful action immediately, so that i can pay my premium online. If, i could not pay my premium for the month of august 2019. I should not be held responsible for the policy lapse. Regards.

same problem here. "No Policies Found" after logging in. It's like all the data is wiped clean. Probably some kind of technical issue.

I am unable to pay my PLI payment through online mode since 22/09/19 and I called to the customer support toll-free number but didn't receive the call.
