Sir, i am holding pli policy number[protected]. I had been paying my premium online and i had paid the premium of june, 2019. Today, after login it is showing the no policy found. I am shoked to know the news like this. Kindly do the needful action immediately, so that i can pay my premium online. If, i could not pay my premium for the month of july, 2019. I should not be held responsible for the policy lapse. Regards.

As I was unable to pay premium online and my policy details were not being shown on the website. I was worried about it, but later on it was showing my details and I could pay my premium online. It was resolved by the company in time. In future I hope it do not happen again.

I have been pension out from a year. But my policy has not yet been transferred to my nearest post office. I am unable to pay installments of my policy . Please, my policy transferre at the earliest post office (Kurali 140103) at the earliest so that i can pay your missed installments.
