[Resolved]  Postal Life Insurance [Pli] — update my online pli status

Address:D-23shyampuri, Near kanta choraha opposite radhe swami satsang bhawan jhotwara, Jaipur, Rajasthan, 302012

Sir my policy no. is RJ-186852-CC. My payment of rs.53449 was not updated in my online pli status which was paid on dated 19.11.2018 . Transaction no. was OR[protected] and receipt no. was[protected]. Due to this my online pli statud shows lapsed so that premium payment option does not shown in my policy and i dont know how can i pay premium.even i have also paid november 2019 premium which was shown in my payment history .Please solve my problem as soon as possible so that i can pay premium of pli

Postal Life Insurance [PLI] Customer Care's response Sir, the said premium has been updated in system and a premium receipt has already been sent to your registered e-mail id. Kindly check.
