Postal Life Insurance — receipt of premium of pli not received

I had paid the premium of feb 8 for my pli on feb 27, 28. But till now i had not received the receipt of pli premium and my premium account is showing inactive status. My amount is not directed to my pli account and even though i had not received my amount back in my bank account. I had complained to pli directorate so many times but there is no response / My plis are/ Rj-200596-cs/ Rj-200137-cs
