I had applied for login pass word for payment of PLI premium 15 days ago.Till date I have not received same for which I couldn't pay my due.Please give me suggestion what to do.My Policy No. is AM-41137-cs.

As i have created the id for PLI account for online payment of the premium.My PLI no. is[protected] and I paid my PLI premium of January 2019 through online payment but i could not receive my pay slip. I have searched the account completely but i could not find payment statement.
Kindly help me that how i can receive my PLI premium payment slip.
