Postpe — Credit card payment delayed unnecessarily

I paid my INDUSIND credit card bill using POSTPE creditcard bill pay facility(using UPI) on 22nd September 2022, two times for Rs 20/- and 64000/- .
Though the payment for Rs 20/- reflected immediately in my INDUSIND credit card...the other payment has not reflected in my INDUSIND account till now... but the payment is deducted from my bank acccount on Sept 22,

This is a serious issue from POSTPE .
take action on them and refund my amount

Updated by Nagaraj G S They are paying smaller amounts immediately and bigger amounts above Rs 50000/- are being delayed without any reason probably to benefit either the payee bank or postpe itself.
This is causing me huge frustration because the payee bank(indusind bank) has already levied huge late payment fees for me and interest will pile up now..
