Postpe recovery agents are abusing over non payment of emi they are harrassing whole family and abusing and saying that if not pay then we will kill you at all. Kindly take action against them...

Credit card payment delayed
I have paid 10000 on February 28th 2024 it is still not reflected in my statement. Please do it ASAP as my last date was on March 1st. Otherwise I need to pay the penalties to the bank.please do it fast.

Last month on December 27 a recovery agent of postpe has called my relatives phone number (which i have never disclosed anywhere) being clear that they have accessed customer confidential information even though i have been in contact with their customer support.

Not able to send my money from postpe app to my bank

I am trying to send my 7000 rs from postpe app to my bank. I am not able to send so I emailed them they are saying name mismatch issue. I provided them my documents. Still they are saying same issue. It is something fissy going on.

Harassment from postpe collection agent
I have taken a loan from Postpe card, but since 1 months I am not able to pay the EMI or amount due to financial issues & i lost job due to layoff my F & F not been completed from company. so i have talked with postpe team on as well as o whatsapp massage/ call.But from last 2 days the collection agents of postpe is calling on my relative numbers as well as on my colleagues number for my repayment and using abusing language so I had sent an e-mail to nodal officer of postpe regarding the same in last month and they reverted that the numbers are not belongs to them and again i have sent email before 1 days so they says that numbers are not belongs to us but today I have received a call from same number on my mobile which number is provided by my relative.It means postpe team is lying and harressing my relatives for my repayment so i have already informed him that now I am not going to pay single amount because of this haressement.So please help me because I am receiving calls from my relatives since a month regarding this matter.They are spoiling my image

Hi sir I'm using Postpe from one year, I make payment every month on time but due to financial problems I miss the payment this month and they started calling to me and all my contacts using bad language scolding everyone that I took loan and not paying.Thry are not even giving time to pay and they are charging High interest even if we pay on time.please take action against recovery agents and Postpe app .Ban such type of apps.They are calling...

Post pe collection agent said extra charges will be waive but its not waived

Due to loss of job I was not paid postpe amount on time therefore my due become 5000 apex i recieved call from collection agent. After i insisted for some waiver on Charges she said pay 4000 in app and and other 1000 will be waived off but it's not done. I mailed to help mail id to post pe but customer service person said that show me mail proof of waiver.
How can I show this because she said pay 4000 and automatically other amount will be waived off. Also she said send me screenshot. I have sent her.
My concern is that I want my charges waiver because that collection agent said me that she is calling behalf of postpe. So post pe is willing to waive extra charges as she said.
I want to say one thing while for another payments app like Paytm, flex salary they have clear amount of extra charges as they said. But post pe want mail proof.
Postpe playing with trust first say pay amount extra charges will waiver and after payment they say can't waive pay remaining amount.
Don't trust in post pe ever Everyone l.

The collection agency hired by postpe has been the worst of the experiences.
I have been receiving over 20 calls in a day and if the calls go unattended, they start calling people from my phone directory and mislead them with I have met with an accident & create a complete chaos. My family have got scared and they have been worried & these collections agents call me and threaten me with violence, abusive and tell me will come home...

I had used the aforementioned companies credit card and failed to repay back due to severe medical expenses. Had informed the nodal officer for the same. Their collection agencies have been calling me from
+[protected] & [protected] numbers and have been calling people from my contact sphere and misleading them about me meeting an accident and asking them to pay.
The complaint have been raised to the postpe authorities...

Payment issues
Made a payment before the due date. Due to postpe tech issues payment was pending for 2 days.
Now, the account is freezed and charged 2000 for late fees.
No customer care number that we could reach

Credit card payments never got paid
Hi Sir/ Madam, I have been using Postpe since last December for credit card payments on following dates, modes & amount, which was showing successful from their side but i never got my card payed on top of that their app had a bug which was showing my card which is 8901 as 4892, that too under my name, i tried to ask them at first they denied it saying its my card (4892) but later accepted on another call that this happened to multiple clients whose cards got changed or added in their accounts, i asked them why they dont chargeback like other payment services
But they said we dont have such mechanism.
I dont understand how come they dont even inform you about their app having issues or send warning email & blaming me why i kept paying for it

Getting access of my contact list and spreading rumors

I am a postpe user since 2021 . I have always paid my dues on time and cleared all bills. Due to some financial emergencies i was unable to pay their dues on time for few months . But on April 4th after having a conversation with their agent i made some payment. Now they started calling me all of a sudden and asking me to pay 6000 rupees anyhow at this end point of time in month which is not possible for me . They even said that the agent i spoke with provided wrong information. Now i am not responsible for that .but still they are threatening me and giving calls to random contact list people and spreading rumors that i took loan from one card or Bajaj finance or something else which is totally a lie as i don't have anything as such. My image is getting spoiled beacuse of this. I am not a wilful defaulter and i am trying to clear of my dues but this unethical behaviour of stealing contact list should stop at the earliest

I have been a member of postpe for the past one year and never defaulted on any repayments.This month my accountbwas blocked permanently and I was asked to repay the amount immediately.I repaid the full amount on 31st March but still no one has CO firmed why my account was blocked.

Dear Sir I Had Used Postpe Credit Of Rs amount 5140 in Aug 2022. And Before I used It 3-4 times and Paid on Timely but This Time link Was Not opening At Payable time And Even after day by day It was not Open whenever I tried Screen got blanc even I had Got call from customer care and I had informed regarding. Now I had Paid My Dues Rs 5140/-. Now with late fee It became 6940/- approx . I got call also if you pay Pending Used amount Late fee will be Waived off but when I Paid They didn't do with Late fee anow I also Impact on my credit plz kindly resolve. I am already using other loans But Paid on Timely Even much more than Postpe.

Recovery Harrasment from Post Pe
I have already paid the amount and it's been debited from my bank
And it showing failed on the app. After saying the same to the recovery agents multiple times I still get calls from them daily and asking to repay again
Why would I pay twice of something which I have already paid now

Harassment by postpe agents
I am using postpe since past few months. This month I requested for 2-3. Days for paying the amount. Postpe accessed my contact list and started calling on different numbers in my contact list and spreading rumours that I had taken loan from Bajaj finance or some other loan company. They are even asking for my personal information.
Such an unethical Behaviour of the postpe team.
They should check the payment history status of their customer !!

Loan agents harrasment
Hi, i have issue with postpe & raised a complaint with postpe authority as well, even they didn't solved my issue & taken some time about 2 months & they started accessing my contacts & calling them with abusive language, i had raised a complaint from this site, but thier harrasment was not even come down . please respond to the complaint as soon as possible

My concern is once i convert my bill into emi and i paid my 1 emi and in ongoing month i clear my all limit and i haven't any idea about my emi and my next month my used limit is 269 but postpe bill is showing 393 as emi and i pay for this but my limit is not updated and my 70 ruppes is not available in my limits i request you to plz close my ongoing emi and update my limit.
