Last month on December 27 a recovery agent of postpe has called my relatives phone number (which i have never disclosed anywhere) being clear that they have accessed customer confidential information even though i have been in contact with their customer support.
After i called back the recovery agent said he is authorised officer and will waiver the overdue amount and i should pay the used amount.
As i told i didn't have the amount he pressed the issue that he would again call contacts so i borrowed the amount from my relatives and paid. But after the payment the agent blocked my calls and the loan was not closed further resulting in more charges being imposed on my account and again getting calls to pay all the remaining amount.
I have already reached to postpe customer support but they have not provided any solution or reply to my emails regarding this matter.
