Recovery Harrasment

Post pe has stolen my contact list and calling my contacts and harrasing them. I missed 1 payment and told them that i will pay the amount in 15 days, still they are abusing me and my contacts. They are calling me 100 times in a day, even though i told the same thing to every caller. Please take necessary action. They are following wrong practices.

Credit card emi foreclose
Hey respected,
as i am using postpe from last 6-8 month i have found sevreal issue with it
1. the company genrates payment link on their own so we cant pay the loan and we cant pay thorugh any other application
2. their is no option to foreclose the emis
3. their is only 5 days of repayment time
4. major time company servers dont work on that time

After paying full loan amount, its been more than a month now, still app shows some balance and upcoming EMIs amount, even after mailing them, they won't actually reply, they have set automated replies, they won't actually respond, they doesn't even have customer care number also, pathetic service. My post pe case id is 572433..

Fraudulent availment of credit
Some unknown persons have availed my post pe credit to the tune of Rs 65773.47 by 5 transactions of Rs 20330/-, 24999/-, 4999/-, 5061.47 and 10384/-.on 30/9/22. I have informed about this telephonically as well as in writing. There is no response from your side and neither have you taken any efforts to stop the fraudulent transactions.

Credit card payment delayed unnecessarily

I paid my INDUSIND credit card bill using POSTPE creditcard bill pay facility(using UPI) on 22nd September 2022, two times for Rs 20/- and 64000/- .
Though the payment for Rs 20/- reflected immediately in my INDUSIND credit card...the other payment has not reflected in my INDUSIND account till now... but the payment is deducted from my bank acccount on Sept 22,
This is a serious issue from POSTPE .
take action on them and refund my amount

No proper customer care facilities
Hi,
My friend was using postpe from last 3months, they given online credit app for users, my friend first month used 25k after next month first bill statement time he left india due to job .
While travelling time he lost Indian sim so he unable get OTP, his app also logout .
Bill date reached, we are ready to pay the whole bill amount but no customer care number for postpe app.
Email services also very worst, you will get one email response that also computer generated one.
Finally 7 to 8 days later one employee replied the required information. The issue was closed very quickly like 7 to 10days.
Now same my friend staying in abroad last month bill cycle generated, we identifies some disputed transactions on his account, My friend staying in aboard and he don't have sim card to get login otp.But last 95% limit used in his account.
We tried to reach emails no response, bill due time Sept 3rd .
What is the solution for this kind of no customer services provided companies

Talking to my contacts in vulgar manner
Due to some perosnal issues i had not done 1 month due & while received a call i have told them to i will complete the payment by next bill generation time they said ok for me but on sunday 28th aug 2022, ihad went to govt exam due to that i have not attended their call, then the postpe 3rd party telecallers called my contacts & talked in a worst, rude & vulagar manner about me & given threated conversation with them., when the issue came to my notice i had mailed to postpe regarding the issue they simply told they will dont do this type of call but on other side this 3rd party caller where making threated calls & using abuisve language while talking.

I don't know how money 18000 was taken from Postpe to my bank account and i paid on same time when I check my bank account.
They are Charging 540 as convenience fee. I am receiving daily message from Postpe that if I will not pay bill on time, we will charge late fee charge.
Could you please look into this ASAP

Refund not initiated after failure of Transaction
On 13/07/2022 I have made a transaction worth ₹20325 to settle the credit card bill of ICICI CREDIT CARD.
But unfortunately it failed and amount is deducted from my account .
But till today they haven't refunded and evertime they are in habbit of telling to wait for 7 days.
When I asked them to share the reason of delay they only say sir wait for 7 days.
If Possible plz let me have my refund

Complaint marked as Resolved After getting transaction failed...I consequently e-mail the company to resolve it in due time.
In Due course of time I had call the company and email several times to issue the refund in due time. I had mailed to SBM Bank too for the same.
Lastly they have initiated refund back to my account in due stipulated timeline

Refund not coming for failed transaction

I tried to pay the PostPe bill using IDFC Debit card on June 3rd and amount is 1, 15, 182, this transaction is failed but still i did not get the refund, and i paid again this amount using axis bank,
in twitter - they told me to raise charge back request and they will approve, but still 2 times rejected the charge back request
i have email communication and twitter communication, please help me to get refund

Dude same happened with me. Amount of Rs. 40900 isn't refunding since 13th July. Kindly take strict action against this company and learn them a lesson.

On 13th July I've paid credit card payment of Rs. 40900 via postpe. Amount got deducted from my bank account but amount not credited to my credit card. Already mailed many times they are not refunding my money. It's been 9 days . Please do needful.

This is to inform you that I, Tarun Jain made two payment to my HDFC Credit card amounting to Rs. 10, 571.30 on 8th July, 2022 2:00 PM, from my Bandhan Bank Savings account using UPI (refer Screenshot Annexure A) & another to my IDFC Credit card amounting to Rs. 8485.78 on 8th July, 2022, 01:33 PM from my HDFC Savings account using my debit card (refer Screenshot Annexure B).
The said amounts got deducted from my respective accounts but have not been credited yet to my respective credit card accounts. The payment status of the above mentioned transactions is being shown as successful in my postpe app (refer Annexure C). THE DUE DATE FOR MY HDFC CREDIT CARD IS 10TH JUNE, 2022 & IDFC CREDIT CARD IS 11TH JUNE, 2022 . In case the said payments does not get credited within the stipulated time period heavy late charges and penalties will be imposed on my credit card.
Additionally, i have raised complaints to SBM Bank, Bandhan Bank & HDFC Bank the reference numbers of which are given below-

Failed transaction; refund not received
I HAVE MADE A PAYMENT OF RS. 42946.59 TOWARDS POSTPE BILL THROUGH INTERNET BANKING FROM MY CANARA BANK SAVINGS ACCOUNT. MY ACCOUNTS IS DEBITED BUT POSTPE NOT CREDITED (AS CONFIRMED BY POSTPE APPLICATION). HENCE I HAVE MADE PAYMENT AGAIN. NOW I HAVE LODGED COMPLAINT WITH MY BANK AND RECEIVED REPLY AS "As per the confirmation given by Payment Gateway aggregator BILLDSK. The subject transaction is successful and settled to the concerned merchant. ". REFUND OF RS. 42946.59 FROM POSTPE IS NOT RECEIVED TILL DATE. KINDLY HELP IN GETTING THE REFUND.

PostPe credit card's poor service
When my first payment of 500 failed on 16 May, I made another payment of 500 which was successful. After 2/3 days the failed payment started reflecting as successful but the recipient Gyan Dairy never received this payment. Now I am communicating between PostPe and Gyan Dairy since 16 May but no result.
Secondly, my credit card bill payment of 4000/- through PostPe on 27 May is yet to be credited to my credit card account but PostPe says it will take 4/5 Working days more. Either I have to make another payment to my credit card or pay late fees till the issue is resolved.
No responsible replies are received from PostPe!
PostPe also asks mobile no. of merchant besides the QR code! Ridiculous indeed!

Have made a icici bank credit card payment of Rs 25000 through postpe credit card payment app and it was showing successful transaction on date 25 April 2022 but transaction amount not credited in my icici bank credit card and same on 12 may 2022 payment got reversed after 18 days similar we have called/mailed multiple times on your customer care support no one helped over this due to lack of payment now icici bank charged the penalty & interest of non-payment and same our cibil score also impacted

Amount not settled
I have a postpe card linked with mobile number [protected]. I have due amount of 852 rupees which I have paid to postpe via net banking on 2 April 2022 but till now amount neither reversed back in my account neither settled and there is no response from through gmail as I have done multiple emails. So I request to you to look into this matter and do the needful. They harass me now with multiple notifications and put up penalty charges on my amount per day and it will going to decrease my cibil score.
