Hi! I had placed an order of 25 copies of Pixelated (order number: #258842) and paid an amount of 13k INR on the 20th of April. However, we have not received the order yet and the tracking number provided shows completed delivery to another recipient and city (tracking number: [protected]). May 13, 2022 Complaint marked as Resolved The organisation promptly replied to me and helped me out. They corrected their mistake and kept me regularly updated. They also reached out to me after order completion to make sure of the delivery contents. Pothi.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
