[Resolved]  Pothi.com — No order number is given and no order shown even after transaction is successful

I placed order for a book 'Divorce Ityadi 2' by Abhik Dutta. Despite the transaction being successful, no order history was updated in my profile. I complained on their website but no solution was delivered to me. Having no order number, I was unable to track the status of dispatch of my order. I asked them to refund the money but there was no reply.
