Last month i attended for an interview in power one data software research pvt ltd. Location Bangalore Jaya Nagar.
Mahesh was took my interview. His behaviour towards me was very rude.His behaviour was not tolerable.
Apart form technical discussion he asked me what is your expected CTC i told him some xxx . Then he
Rudely said how can i give such CTC for your skills.If i give such salary to my employees they will kiss...

This is my personal experience with M/s Power One Data Software Research Pvt
Ltd Company.


HR called me as they have requirement for .Net SSE Level, she explained the JD and it was impressing i gave her my schedule for Tuesday 10th June 2014 at 9.00 am. I struggled a lot to reach this company. When I been there I had unexpected experience.


I never knew a company Software Head could treat people like their SLAVES. His name is Mr. Mahesh (Un professional) who asked me to introduce myself.


And asked me y I have changed my company, even when I was ready to explain he said its all bull stories which he dont want to listen. When he asked me regarding salary I told
currently I am drawing 3.2 lac and expected is 5.0 lac,


He started replying as "IF I PAY THE SAME SALARY TO MY EXISTING EMPLOYEE THEY WILL KISS MY FEET". When I asked him atleast take my 1st round of interview he started telling "WHY SHOULD I TAKE UR INTERVIEW, WILL U PAY FOR IT".


I have been to this company as I received a call letter from HR. But I tried conveying the same he stated abusing the HR as "I WILL KICK HER OUT AFTER HER INTERVIEW". And he refused to take my
interview and asked me to get lost. I request people to not to take up any interview with this company. This person dont have basic commonsense and humanity.
I have been mental, Physically harrased by this company.


His language is worst . He dont know to respect females nor other company employees. With such

I feel the concern persons who see my pain in this mail can help me in dealing with such Comapny.


Friends before going to this company and such companies think twice. U will surely feel hell in this company.
