I ordered an hp envi13 computer battery described as original hp, on 01/15/2020, order: 25311. Quite obviously this is not a genuine hp battery, it is a faulty and fake product because it caused computer failure. Now i am more than outraged by the false advertising and i feel cheated. The seller refused to take responsibility for the shipping cost to return it all the way to china that they want me to pay. They coerce me with their return policy by having to pay for shipping and this is not the case because they should have advertised as a compatible battery and not cover original logos of which do not have a serial number or quality certificates for hp products. I do not recommend buying any product from this supplier because it is a lottery.

Updated by Lucirete Paypal dispute escalates as protection to the buyer for an article other than the one described, sending reasoning and images of the battery where you can clearly see the attempt to copy the original and the lack of registration or serial number.
On 04/10/2020 Paypal, the case is NOT resolved in my favor for refusing to pay shipping costs to China for the defective battery.
All the procedures are finished showing that even with buyer protection, this company is capable of assuming its defective products with its return policy that shows its lack of professional and commercial ethics.
