Jeg har bestilt oplader og batteri til min notebook medion akoya model md99240, begge dele blev af firmaet oplyst som ægte. Hurtigt fik jeg tilsendt oplader og kabel, som slet ikke var den model jeg havde bestilt. Der var hverken faktura eller andet information vedlagt varen.
Batteriet har jeg aldrig modtaget, men beløbet kr 541, 00 er trukket på min konto.

I ordered an hp envi13 computer battery described as original hp, on 01/15/2020, order: 25311. Quite obviously this is not a genuine hp battery, it is a faulty and fake product because it caused computer failure. Now i am more than outraged by the false advertising and i feel cheated. The seller refused to take responsibility for the shipping cost to return it all the way to china that they want me to pay. They coerce me with their return policy by having to pay for shipping and this is not the case because they should have advertised as a compatible battery and not cover original logos of which do not have a serial number or quality certificates for hp products. I do not recommend buying any product from this supplier because it is a lottery.
