Powermax Fitness — Fraud , delivered stock item instead ordered Model and also peding equipments not delivered

We have already made all the payments and equipment’s are delivered however along with this the registered dealer had also committed to supply us various accessories . We have been following up now for more then two weeks, everyday we are listening a new story from him and finally we have lost patience as its impacting our business and we are suffering client loss due to this

Also, at the time of order he had committed for all transport charges, but he asked us to pay and he has not compensated those back as well i.e also amounting around 15K ( Five thousand rupees)

Further, the installation was also not perfectly done, every day there is some or the other issue with the machine, either the screws are falling, alignment is not good etc etc.

The Machines order was not delivered, In Stock model which is not in demand was sent against the ordered one

This all is leading to huge losses for us and with no response or action from your registered dealer, we clearly see this as fraud and cheating for which if no immediate action taken . I will be reaching out to consumer grievance and will also file a FIR ( Police complaint ) against dealer and the company.

I request you to look into the matter at upmost priority or be prepared to face legal actions, as I have all the supporting to prove how we have been fooled and the loses we are suffering which also would need to be compensated
