Dear sir/ madam,
My ppf account no.[protected] has been matured in april 2019. I have submitted form-h for extension of the same for another 5 years and it was extended up to 2024.
I have been trying to pay contribution from last 8 months and the system is not accepting for contribution. I have approached sbi authorities of my home branch to resolve the issue but they are not taking it seriously, the problem is not yet resolved till date.
My ppf home branch is sbi, i. E. Makarapura, vadodara, gujarat.
Request concern to resolve the issue.

I'm an esteem old customer of your bank- SBI BEHTA SABOLI, B15 Sector L Aliganj Lucknow( code-8351).Wish to inform that my PPF A/c no -[protected] has been closed in the 18th year by the bank without providing me the extention facility of 5yrs as per the banking rules.
You are requested to instruct the concern branch to provide the above EXTENTION of 5YRS so that I can deposit my currrent Financial year[protected]subscription at the earliest.
