PPF — I'm complaining about bank personnel not updating my ppf passbook, reason is given as lockdown .

I deposited my ppf cheque at the Bank of India, breach candy branch, which did not update my ppf passbook, saying that they're not updating the ppf passbooks due to the lockdown.

To be honest, whether lockdown or not, they always do this.
They've asked me to come and collect the counterfoil after 3 days and made a mention, that they will update my ppf passbook only at the end of May 2021..
