PPF — Not supporting for extension account after maturity

I have PPF account in Waluj 09992 SBI branch aurangabad maharastra
I have send all documents by speed post to branch for extension of account after maturity
Due to corona and lock down i unable to go aurangabad. The bank phone numbers are name sake and not pick calls and some times closed
