"Vehicle bearing TS 07JQ 1968, this vehicle has been given to PPS skoda - Hyderabad numerous times, but its service centre is the worst I've encountered in my life, although being in the same industry. it's an indictment to buy a Skoda from such a dreadful dealership. For anything that needs to be done, even a simple thing that they neglected to do, instead of filing an insurance claim of 1.5 lakhs a couple of months ago because of to a vehicle harness issue that was duly covered by the insurance company, just for informaton that workmanship of the dealership is in its poorest form and fitment of the dash board, AC console all has been done casually with any QA, which lead me to again take back the unit for rectification.
The vehicle was sent for rectification of their poor work in the body shop again and we had to beg for it to be returned without absolute communication. The vehicle was returned in filthy condition inside and out, with no basic courtesy of cleanliness and missing items such as sunblinds and a nonfunctional lighter port. How do we cater to these awful, bloated managers at PPS Skoda dealerships? As a committed Skoda client for over 20 years, this was one of the most horrible experiences I've ever had; it's better to buy a unit from another dealership than from these PPS crooks based out of the PPS Skoda Service department in Hyderabad.
Shame on Skoda for neglecting to efficiently oversee their service division and enabling inefficiencies to continue unchecked, diminishing satisfaction to its minimum essentials.
