"Vehicle bearing TS 07JQ 1968, this vehicle has been given to PPS skoda - Hyderabad numerous times, but its service centre is the worst I've encountered in my life, although being in the same industry. it's an indictment to buy a Skoda from such a dreadful dealership. For anything that needs to be done, even a simple thing that they neglected to do, instead of filing an insurance claim of 1.5 lakhs a couple of months ago because of to a vehicle...

I am writing this with great disappointment regarding the status of my car (Tata Nexon) which was given for repair and service to PPS Motors Service Center, Chrompet - Chennai on 24th December 2024. The reason for the opted repair was the impact of flood in Chennai in December. Although my car was not majorly impacted in the flood, as the water level rose upto only 3/4th of the tyre, I was told that the car repair would take about a month and that my car would be delivered only by the end of January 2024.
But until my last visit to the service center a week ago, the car is said to be still in the service center waiting for one part to arrive still (Car steering rack). However, I frequently kept receiving messages once in every 10 days stating that the car would be delivered by Feb 15th, end of February, 2nd week of March, end of March and mid of April. To my great disappointment, none of my calls for the last two weeks have been attended or responded to and now I am more concerned if my car will even be delivered at all.
I have been patient for these four months, only with my understanding of the service load situation. But I strongly feel it is against ethics to dismiss a customer's calls especially when the property is in their possession for nearly four months. Also, I am angered with the fact that I am being given false promises on the status of delivery. My husband has even visited the service center more than five times now, which is causing us great distress. While my car is only 1.5 years old, I am being told that it is difficult to get the spare part as they have uplifted the car to a new version. As a costumor, how am I expected to keep purchasing newer version every year, just because they keep updating, despite when my car is only 2022 model, which is not very old.

I sincerely hope you understand how in the first place, our car being affected by the flood is a distressing scenario for us. In addition, this behaviour and attitude of the service center and the staff are causing us more distress and anger.

As a customer, I request and demand a quick response in this regard. Otherwise, we do not have option other than to sit and protest in PPS Motors telling people not to purchase from their showroom.

Please do the needful.

    Have given my 1.5yrs old Tata Safari Dark edition for service at PPS Tata Medavakkam on 16-Dec-23. On delivery date of 18-Dec, they mentioned that there is wetness under the floor mat which might be due to the floods that occurred in first week of December and suggested me to take it to PPS Tata Chromepet Chennai. I have immediately took my vehicle and gave it at Chromepet Service Centre on 18-Dec. They noted it as category A even without looking at it. I didn’t get my vehicle back even today after 2.5 months. No one responds to our calls with ownership and they kept changing expected delivery dates each time. After spending nearly 30L on such vehicle, it is really frustrating to go through this ordeal at the hands of such service centres. I’ll go to any extent to teach them a lesson.

      After being forced into paying the booking amount sighting discount benefits and 100% refundable option on booking cancellation, I have not been refunded the amount by stating that I need to provide them with cancelled cheque details. This was clarified before making the booking payment and I was assured that no such documents will be needed for processing the refund. They were extremely comfortable and happy in accepting the booking amount payment through UPI.
      However they claim they cannot process the refund through UPI or reverse the transaction made. They also fail to provide so called POLICY details that mention I need to provide them with a cancelled cheque or any affirmation that the cancelled cheque will not be misused.

      The PPS sales team is extremely arrogant when it comes to demanding payments. They have come up with their own time lines and have demanded payments. The most unpleasant experience was however faced with SAMRAT CHAKRABORTY - [protected]@vw-kolkata.com.

        I have booked a vehicle Skoda kushaq from
        PPS motors Hyderguda Hyderabad telangana by transferring Rs.25000 through UPI on 14th August 2023, but due to some reasons I want to cancel my booking and after numerous times of followup, they have asked me to send an email for cancellation request by attaching a cancelled blank cheque. And I have sent the cancellation request on 26th August 2023, till now I have not received any refund or any intimation about the refund amount. Please help.

        I am experiencing the same thing at the moment. I wish I had read this before. They only informed me that the booking amount was 100% refundable at the time of booking but never informed about needing a cancelled cheque or any such detail. Even now they are incapable of sharing their policy where they state that they need a cancelled cheque. I dont understand how they are comfortable to accept UPI payments for booking amount but can not do the same when it comes to refund or how they are incapable of reversing the transaction at their end. And I am not even going to talk about the harassment I was subjected to for transferring the booking amount and make the down payment at their convenience. Please let me know if you still have not received your refund.

          Hi, This is Kiran Kumar K, recently got delivered my Mahindra XUV300 W8(O) diesel on 26th August 2022 by PPS Mahindra Kanakapura road, Bengaluru branch. As part of the accessories i was charged an extra Rs.10880/- by the sales representative Mr.Puneeth however I am neither been provided the accessories nor the cash return. I had visited the showroom on this matter as well and learnt that the employee no more works with the PPS Mahindra team anymore now and also got to know that Mr.Puneeth has made me transfer the accessories amount to his personal account through Google pay payment. I have all the relevant payment details with me if needed. So I request you to please consider this and get my amount returned from the PPS Mahindra team .

Almost 4 days completed..still my car did not getting & also service person told software updation problem is there, it takes some time like that...
            How many days i am waiting for that... today i already planned to go my native place...but, still my car not delivered to me.
            i was very disappointed. still PPS chief telling sent complaint mail to tata service center...tata taking action like that... how many days tata taking to resolve for my car software updation. i don't know. it is not fair... i am very worry about my car.. TAKE IMMEDIATE ACTION. i want my car immediately.

              Your Thiruvanmiyur sales person Mr syed has taken the booking confirming that he will deliver the vechile before 7th of Nov now he is not bothered to answer my call. Why is that your representatives are taking clients for granted. This is completely unfair. And this is happening only in kottivakkam pps. Neither syed nor his TL are not seem to be bothered about clients. Pathetic i made a mistake by booking at tata pps kottivakkam.

                I had given my car for servicing on Wednesday with an assurance that it would be delivered on Thursday at “4:16pm” I had also mentioned the necessary issues that needed fixing to one Mr. Sajid. Not only were these issues not fixed, but i’m now posed with other issues with the car that weren’t a concern before. When the car was delivered on Friday, I’d noticed that the music system was not intact- the issue of engine malfunction symbol which needed fixing, was also not fixed. It kept reappearing even after multiple runs and enough fuel in the tank. When asked, the personnel’s constant response was that the “he couldn’t find the issue” but mentioned that he had fixed it. Coupled with these, the car is not moving as it did before, the pick up isn’t what it was before the servicing. After multiple calls, and several arguments, the personnel demanded more money for fixing. Issues (now) that weren’t a concern is now a huge concern and the parts that needed fixing weren’t addressed at all.

                  I am A. Krishnakumar, premnivas, kowdiar, have booked a grand i10 nios this month. One of your executive contacted me. He came to my house and gave me a test ride. He demanded Rs. 5000/- towards initial payment for booking which i have paid by cash. I got a loan from sundaram finance for Rs. 587000/-. As per the discussion with your executive my old vehicle cost Rs. 60, 000/-. Finally i went your showroom, kowdiar trivandrum with balance amount by cash. But he refused to receive the amount and told me to pay nearly Rs. 20, 000/- additional amount for delivery. I refused to pay additional amount and told him to cancel my booking. No response from his side. Hence i request you sir either deliver the vehicle or cancel my booking and return the loan amount along with booking amount at the earliest. Thanku. Prof. A. Krishnakumar

                    My car was towed to PPS Motors Kukatpally Hyderabad. They received the car and just notified that they would take 2-3 days time to diagnose the problem. They did not notify us about the cost that they are going to charge for diagnosing. Then they gave a random estimation in an excel sheet costing about Rs.1, 84, 000/- only for parts. They gave this estimate without opening the head. They also said that the labor charge is going to be another Rs.50, 000/- plus.

                    They did not try to replace the belt which got cut and the tensioner.

                    They charged me Rs.13, 991/- just to give me the estimate in an excel sheet which is of no use. It seemed to be a random estimate.

                    We literally were shocked to see such estimate and bill for diagnosis. We later got the vehicle repaired for Rs.10, 000/- just by replacing the belt and tensioner.

                    This is my second experience with these people for wrong diagnosis.

                    I will need a refund of the bill paid for not providing an estimate for diagnosis and wrong diagnosis.

                    I tried speaking to their Floor manager Sekhar Reddy, who seems to not have any knowledge on the incident nor anything technically.

                    I also spoke to Mr. Arun, he said he will revert back to me, but never got back to me after several calls.

                      Hi Team, I had given my car for regular periodic service on Friday (10th June) at 8:00 AM. Till 11 there was no update from the team whether they had received the car or not. I had to call the service center to check the status as I had not received any call from the service advisor. I was told that I would get the call back in the next 10-15 mins but I got a call around 12 to check regarding any issues. After that I was told I will get an estimate after work starts. On asking why the work has not yet started they told they were busy in meetings. around 1:00 PM I received an estimate of around 12.6K even though I had taken the service value pack for 2 years. It took 2 hours to rectify the estimate and provide an updated estimate. After that the torcher & Mental harassments started by the service team and it took 3 days to deliver the vehicle. I was forced to change the battery even though the battery result came with the needed charge. I was asked to provide a reason to talk to the service manager. Service manager asked me for proof that I tried reaching him on his phone. Service manager took the responsibility of the car on saturday 5:30 pm and told he will deliver the vehicle. At 8:00 pm he messaged the vehicle was ready but the mental torcher was not over. Next day when I called the service center to get the car delivered I was told there is work remaining in the car like (Coil change and Battery charging). Since it was Sunday and it was a holiday for the service manager he didn't bother to pick the call, I called him multiple times regarding the car service issue but he didn't pick the call. I tried reaching out to DGM as well but I didn't get any response from his side even though he was answering service advisor call. I asked them to give me in writing about the battery issue and the delays that have happened. They didn't do that as the service manager doesn't have email ID and authority to do that as told by the service manager. When I told them I was paying the bill of 1983 rs even though the service bill was already cleared they refused to give me the car. I told them I will clear it once I get everything in writing on Monday but they were not ready to leave the car. Then the Service advisor agreed that he will give that in writing on the bill. I trusted him again. That was my fault. Sunday evening when I got the car delivery, they didn't provide anything in writing and icing on the cherry was Nandesh was agreeing to everything when I was at the service center, his tone changed all together and was refusing everything we discussed. I tried reaching out to the service manager for help but as usual he didn't bother to pick the call as it was sunday. Tried reaching out to DGM. he finally picked the call after 4-5 calls. I explained the whole thing and he took the service advisor on call and he assured me that the service advisor will drop an email right away with what we had discussed on Sunday afternoon. I took his words as he is the senior most. but I was mistaken here as well. I didn't get any email from his team and after 1 hour when I tried reaching out to him again. calls went unanswered and after some time he switched off his phone. Also I have scratched my car which is new. I informed the driver, service advisor and DGM but they didn't bother to respond. I have given 17000 for the service including the service value pack and this is the service quality I get. The senior management is not caring about the issue then why will the service team care. Service manager told me the car is complete even though the work is pending. DGM says something but that also is not happening and he is least bothered to check on that. After that he switches off his phone. Is this not mental harassment and torcher ????? Also I would be great If I get a proper response instead of a standard email response.

When i pointed out that i havent recieved email they said we will send copy to you. Till date they havent shared the document since 24th September 2021.

                          I am writing keeping all my things at bay

                          I had given my vehicle ford figo to pps ford on 8th october for diesel leakage and advisor told me the hose has to be changed and cost around 4 k was told and i got it changed and took delivery of the vehicle and left on the way again there was diesel smell and complete diesel was drained, i took the vehicle to pps ford domlur next day they kept the vehicle and gave it back after checking on 11th and again 12th morning diesel started to leak and i left the vehicle, in all 2 full tank diesel was drained the manager apologised and gave delivery on 13th oct, i took the vehicle and parked in my house and went out of town in diff car, i was shocked to see the entire diesel drained again

                          i have been a ford customer from 2001 till date first was ikon and then figo, this is the worst experience i had with ford, i am mentally and physically depressed on the issue

                              I booked a polo tsi with pps bangalore and the exec manoj was really quick in setting up td and pushing me to pay advance booking which i did. But after a weeks time i got to know that the finance process is not gonna work for me so i opted to cancel and sent an email pps sales vw cs on 9th july. I was told the refund was processed and the money will be credited within 10 business days.in comes a weeks lockdown in blr from 14th until 22nd july then i get to know that the refund is yet to be processed and will happen only after 22nd (False promise). Post lockdown from 23rd i have been given multiple false promises by pps and finally last week when i start pushing i was promised it will hit my account last friday (Still false promise).. Manoj says monday and still no credit of funds (False promise).
                              In all of this i get a screenshot of the excel with the list of cx waiting for refund from pps and the shocking thing i got to see there was mine was listed only on the 7th august which meant they initiated the refund only on 7th august which was after a month i requested for refund (So what was pps doing and what were the thinking and planning on). So for 1 month pps has made me run around and the most frustrating part is there is absolutley no regret or shame from any of these guys and not one has the courtsey to call me and say we messed up.

                                I purchased wogesvagen ameo highline AT diesel 2.5 months back driven 3500 kms while driving in watrelog car got stopped on 10 th aug 2019 then called for roadside assistance after 2 days car got shifted to near by wv service station mysore on 12th august 2019 they told repair will cost around 7.5 lacs then called to tirupati wv service station(PPS MOTORS) they told took car to tirupati because you purchased car at tirupati so asked for arrange toying to tirupati then car got shifted to tirupati on 15 th aug 2019 then till 19 morning my self called to insurance people for status that insurance bharathi axa general insurance person told it wont cover in insurace because while doing insurance at the time of vehicle delivery they didnt covered any riders so for the mistake of PPS MOTORS WOGESVAGEN people i have to pay for repair..going to file cases on wogesvagen (if vehicle enter into water log it is an emergency should open engine and make dry and again put oil and should be done atlest in 24 hrs but road side assistance took 2 days) going to file case against PPS MOTORS (neglected in doing insurance not covered riders and failed in informing and arranging surveir and should take necessary measure because it is flood vehicle but till 22 nd nothing was done except arranged for primary survey ..)sent lawer notice and informed to bank (car in sbi loan) so my advice dont take wogesvagen cars not at all a good option and better dont take cars from PPS MOTORS..Because irresponsible people and while taking car or byke see all riders sholud be covered..Dr anuradha vijaykumar

                                    Hi pps,

                                    I gave my vehicle no ts 09 ed 6522, for body shopping, on dec 18th to claim for front wind shield, back door scratch.

                                    On 23rd i got my vehicle without mirror cap, without the vehicle, all the cellotape marks are on the top both sides of front wind shield.
                                    After hard discussion, driver from pps came and handover the cover, and he didn't know how to fix it,
                                    Vehicle is in servive station for one week, i didn't get a single call through out week, i called for for status daily. Surprise is they submitted two claims, one for small scratch, one for wind shield. I didn't understand why don't they cover in single for nill dip and zero claims till date.

                                    Mirror cap missing, why they opened mirror cap don't know.
                                    All cellotape marks are on the body of vehicle, didn't washed and cleaned vehicle, before handover.
