Pra Technology — Pra technology - data entry fraud

Hello Sir / Ma’am / My Dear Friends,

PRA TECHNOLOGY is a fraud company which is based in Surat, Gujarat. Some people also admire that this agency also calls them from Latur, Maharashtra. They provide online data entry/ form filling work. Here I will explain how they target someone. I am one of the victims of this.

First up of all they get my number from quicker.com, where I apply for an online job. Then one lady from their team calls me by the name of Komal which is an absolutely fake name and explains about the company and she sends all the work details on whatsapp.

They will provide me 1000 forms and I have to complete those forms in 10 days with 90% accuracy and they offered me 25rs per form which means a total 25000/- salary out of that 5100/- as registration charges they cut from salary and remaining amount they will transfer to my account.

After a few minutes she again called me for confirmation and I said share your Aadhar card and mail id and two contact numbers. After that she sends me an email on my mail, there will be a link for verification, they send me OTP on my mobile no. I fill out the otp and submit the form.

After some time she again called me and told me that, you will get a call from the Verification team and just i have to say yes. A call came from the verification team and I confirmed the same.

The things which they ask i.e. 1000 forms i have to submit and they require 90% accuracy is it possible i said yes. They ask me about the availability of laptops or desktops and she explains to me about work.

She told me that you will get an agreement copy and acceptance letter from our side, I said ok to her. After some time they share a username and password and another mail which contains an acceptance letter and agreement copy, some points mentioned in the agreement which were not told to me before.

I submitted my work in a given time period, I rechecked all the work twice to check the accuracy. Then I submitted work on their sites and one pdf was sent to them on their mail. They replied to wait for the QC report for seven days but they sent me a QC Report in two days. I checked the report and some of the entries which are correct are also mentioned in the list wrong.

After sometime I get a call from their lawyer, she mentioned her name as SHWETA SHARMA Bar Counselling : GJ3137/2014 | Chamber no. - 102 | Block No. - 08
She told me to pay 5100/- amount work not done properly or pay 7000 for software to correct the entries and submit again. I told them it is not possible to pay, then she threatened me to take legal action, Then i paid them 5100 rs Immediately. After that she mailed me that, you pay 5100/- now you may proceed further for NOC, you get a call for this, I said ok to her.

After Some time i get a call from them which is again Bhavana from the confirmation department but now this time she is a lawyer. She told me, as per agreement your mention period is 11 months and you have to pay 55000/- if you break the agreement. They also offered me a discount of Rs. 25000/- and paid the amount immediately. That time i got to know i was trapped in a big fraud. I cut the call, After That they continuously called me from different numbers but i didn't answer them. Then they sent me a soft copy of notice on Mail and They said you will get a hardcopy in 48hrs at your home address. This Notice i get from another lawyer by the name of S. B. Deshmukh (Enrollment no: 2506/05) who is from Surat, Gujrat. This same lawyer name will be heard in the Latur case. He is involved in many fraud cases.

Now, they are continuously calling me from different numbers and sending a threatened mail of the Notices on mail.

My humble request to all my friends who want to earn extra income kindly do not go with this type of job and companies. If you get a call from someone, verify the job with your friends, consult with your Advocate friends or family lawyer. Discuss the job with your family first, do not make any decision without research, do proper research on google and other sites. Check Youtube and other sources which are possible.

Please guys do not go with these companies, They are fraud companies. They do not give you one rupees behalf of this they will take you from thousands of rupees. Also they are changing their companies name by location to location. So please take care of this. Many people like me are already trapped in their nets.

I request the police and cyber cell please take legal actions on this type of gangs, also I request those who are going from the same situation kindly reply we have to come together.

Also, I request those of my friends who are trapped in this situation to please not pay any single rupees to them. They are fraud, their notices are fake. Take legal advice from your advocate once, do not take any big decision like sucide. Their motive is to give us mental toture. They are fraud people, they do nothing to you and me. Please take care guys.
