Pragati Motors — Stating insufficient funds

This is to state that Tata motors finance is asking for extra money to close my loan account against purchase of Nano car bearing registration no. AS 03 M 6978. They state that my account had insufficient funds but the fact is that funds were available however the date of collection was 15th August 2015 which was a national holiday so the transaction could not take place as it was a bank holiday
