Prakash — damaged product return not taken and replacement not given

My id : od[protected], i have order ao smith 25 l storage water geyser. This product when received 14.11.18 at time damage product received, then replacemnt accepted and return pickup 22.11.18 date. But this replacement cancelled.

Flipkart is acting like cheaters. No answer our product when will pickup how many days take? Replacement product also?

I request youkindly do the needful for initiation of my return product
